- We offer complimentary 2-day shipping on all continental U.S. orders over $200.

- If you are shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, we offer complimentary ground shipping on orders over $500. If your order is under $500, you will be charged $50 for shipping.

John Boy orders are shipped with a signature requirement unless otherwise stated. Please note that insurance ceases upon delivery of shipments without a signature requirement and we are no longer responsible for that order once delivered.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the jewelry is in its original packaging and shows no signs of use. Custom orders and items made to specific requests are non-returnable/refundable. 

For online purchases, you may cancel up to 48 hours after purchasing. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
